(WTOC) - Now that the St. Patrick’s Day Parade is over, crowds are migrating all around downtown- including City Market and Plant Riverside. It was slower Monday morning when the parade was still going on- and it was a little bit chillier, but now that it’s warmed up and the parade is wrapped up, people are looking to continue St. Patrick's Day Parade route, start time. Monday's parade begins at 10:15 a.m. at East Gwinnett and Abercorn streets before heading north on Abercorn all the way to Broughton Street.
